Please note, this offer is available per booked group on your first visit to Eden, not for those returning with their Annual Pass or Membership. In order to claim your free gift, please make yourself known to the ticketing team on arrival at the Visitor Centre, and hold onto any train or bus receipts from your journey to us. If you travel to Eden in a planet-friendly way, whether that’s by train and/or bus, on foot or by bike, your group can claim an Eden Guide Book worth £6 on arrival.Ĭhoose from one English or German Guide Book per group, and if you’re also bringing children aged between 5-16, we’ll add a copy of our Children’s Guide Book, worth £5. This will help us greatly as we reach our limited visitor capacity during busy periods. That way, we are able to offer your valuable place to someone else. Once booked, if you're unable to make your visit after all, please let us know by emailing your booking reference. If you've lost your Annual Pass or you're unsure when it expires, please email our Box Office with your booking reference on call 01726 811972, open daily 9am-12). Then when you visit please present at Ticketing your Annual Pass / proof of purchase (such as your Pass or – if you weren't given an actual Pass – just the receipt you were given when you visited, or the booking confirmation you were sent when you bought it online). Please note, from 1 July, Members will not need to to pre-book timed entry. To visit using an Eden Project Membership, Locals' Pass or Annual Pass you simply need to book yourself a (free) time slot online by following the 'Member and Passholder' options on our admissions page.
